ooo just got a line on a rear 8.25 with a locker and 4.10s, and a d30 housing with 4.10s.

axle swap may be forthcoming!

I understand, I wasnt knocking you for getting historic just trying to let you know ahead of time and save you some grief and expenses from the state. True, there are no inspections for registration outside of standard tags but if a county mountie or a statey is rolling behind your 9" lifted MJ with open header sitting on 40's and you have historic tags he is not going to believe its stock lol Just lookin' out for my Fambily

7" lifted MJ on 33s. That's within the spirit of the Jeep, so I wouldn't call it "substantially altered."

To qualify as a historic vehicle, your vehicle must not have been substantially altered, remodeled, or remanufactured from its original construction, and must be 20 model years or older.
