Im still betting on the headlight harness connector. Tons of corrosion on it. When we pulled it apart powder went everywhere.

As for the headlights, what exactly is going on? When you select highbeams only one switches to highbeam?

From what he said earlier, it sounded like one is High and the other is Low normally, and each one switches when he activates his high beams. That's how I understood it. i was thinking it could be an alignment issue if they were put in wrong, making it seem like one is on high.

It sounds like your right, or when i finished up, i was rushing and accidently wired one high with one low. Easy fix. Blinker is still corrosion though lol

And someone find me a set of 31s lol i need tires. Dont have to be new, but have to be mud terrains...

His blinker? I dunno. Mine is working again; it was just the bulb.
