We are done, (for the day), I am home, PT is on his way home. The new head does not like the old valve cover, so need to get the correct one.

Odd....I put a 97 valve cover on my old 91 head on my last jeep....what was stopping it?

It goes on and bolts down. Start it up and the valves hit it/tap against it. There is a noticeable difference in size and shape between the two valve covers
