They mail to the address on your Paypal account. If you have a problem with that, PM huntingman or one of the mods for help. They tend to take a while. some people get them in a week or two; some wait months. It's an inefficient process.

I am in east Baltimore county, got a 91 Cherokee classic 2 door, and good tips on off road shops in our area?

For everything except the windshield you're looking at $150-$175ish.
