Default looking to buy some land ???

so like it said,I looking to buy some land in Carbon,PA .I have never owned a house or land before only rented and I was looking to get some advice and what I should look for and watch out for.I would like to cut some trails for some off roading,I know it has a well,no electric and it has a rustic cabin with septic on the 91.8 acres of land across from a lake and borders a biking/hiking trail.
here is the listing Nesquehoning Borough, Carbon County, Pennsylvania land for sale - 91.8 acres at LandWatch.com

any info would be great.I am going to set a apt to look at the land this weekend.

It may not help to much but my uncle did something just like this near Middletown NY. He owned his own construction company do that definitely was a bonus for him but he bought 278 acres of land and then built this big beautiful house on it with the help of a few of his workers. Built himself a big shop next to the house for working on the quads snowmobiles and such and then just kind of blazed trails and there's tons of them now. So if you have the opportunity I'd say go for it cause you could really do what you want house wise, build a nice shed for working on the jeep and blaze trails haha. Hope this helps a little
