Campbells Ledge in NEPA?
Does anyone from NEPA who goes wheeling up campbells ledge know the back way to get up? I haven't been up there in awhile and i heard a few people were getting their trucks impounded by the ransom entrance. if anyone knows a different way to get up let me know!
