ive done quite a few axle swaps and gears, but not on mine or his, we are both 8,25 rear d30 front 3,55 gears, im gonna run it till it breaks then pull an 8,8 (shivers, ford ugh) with an lsd and 4,10s for the rear and just regear the front with a lunchbox locker, of course assuming i have the money

Ah yeah that's a good idea. I was thinking about doing the ford swap sometime over summer when i had the money. I just want to get back out the trails but i'm not trying to push my luck when i have no money to fix anything

its a jeep, it wont break,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,(by the way, my period button is broken),,,,,,,,,,but seriously, ive never broken anything on my jeep, i mean, ive done body damage, and i need new wheel bearings, and ive gone through a u joint or 2, and need another one now, but ive never broken an axle or anything major, gotta love the clay terrorizing 31x9,50 super swampers for that one, but wheeling aint that great right now with everything being frozen, so youve got some time to build the jeep up some more and get money set aside till it thaws out

It was the first time i met them. The 2 guys with the stock wranglers were cool, but didnt know jack about recovery. The kid with the big black one was a jackass in general though. Where'd you get the winch?

he couldnt understand the logic of strapping his jeep to the tree to keep it from moving, he thought reverse would work better, but I got it from a buddy of mine real cheap, solenoid was shot on it, he thought the hole thing was dead
