ok, just looked at the weather, and it is supposed to rain tomorrow... so i am gonna post-pone the meet and greet by at least a week. if yall still want to meet up that's fine, but i will not be making it myself due to weather and my other half has decided that a ton of house work is in store for me cuz of the rain...

I will be going wheeling tomorrow. If anybody wants to come let me know. The spot is off rt 284 near unionville ny. Great spot plenty of mud, hill climbs, ruts, just a great time.

 

I am canceling till further notice... baby will be here around that time and i need to be here at home...

 

I'm from out in Masonville, most of you probably don't even know where that is.

But I go to school in Delhi.

 

Hey, those guys up in delhi have some awesome xj's, are you one of them? If you've got some trails up there we gotta got together for a ride. I'm down rt 28 and delhi is about 1.5 hours from me.

I wish. The one's your talking about are probably the same ones that got me interested in XJ's to start with. I just bought mine a couple weeks ago and it's not on the road yet.

If the same people are still there this semester I'll try to snap a couple photos. I remember one of them parked on top of a 4' snowbank because the rest of the spots were taken.

 

Haha, I'd believe that. I have a pic of the black and brown two door with 33s or 35s and I saw another big four door in person. Are there welding or fabrication classes there that draws those guy up there?

 

Yeah, there's an on campus Welding lab and an off campus Auto lab. Plus it's a VERY affordable college. I'm currently in the Electrical Controls program but I'm considering going into the welding program to pick up an extra trade. You never know when you might need something to fall back on. A ot of the Jersey guys that come up have pretty nice mud trucks.

I remember seeing a black or gunmetal XJ with a bright red stinger on the front. Not sure if you saw that one or not. Maybe it was a green stinger.. I might be confused by how I want a red stinger.

 

Wow, that would make it atleast 3 lifted xj's up there cuz i don't remember that one. I know it's affordable, but I also know about some of the stuff that goes on up there, lol. Let me know in a month or so once we all go back to school and we can get a bunch of people together and go hit up some trails.

wny here there is a place in the southern tier called whispering pines to go trailing... and in waterport between medina and albion is a nice place to go mudding all i know of so far
