well as long as they are securely bolted to the body and not a body pannel or a factory bumper, then i will pull if needed... and besides, he never said where or how they were mounted or gonna be mounted yet

my only advice for teal is to make sure they are attached to the body like the frame rails would be a good point with a higher grade bolt and so they are accessible if needed

if theyre not mounted with correctly they'll just fly off along with the thin sheetmetal unibody theyre mounted too.

id rather rip someone out by the rear axle than some crap tow point.

you dont think i would pull anyone out by a 1/4'' shackel mount made for boats and docks? it would be welded to the face of my bumper which is tied into my frame rails....my bumper is 3/16'' steel so if anything is getting mangel'ed its gonna be the frame rails lmao

you never mentioned anything besides the fact that you were buying some dookin tow point.. i've seen people throw a bolt or two through a giant tow hook and call it a day.

and i'd cut through your bumper and weld the mount to both the face and the back.

I probably will get the beat down for this post but thought yall would want to know since he is in our neck of the woods (Cross River NY). Guy on CL, his name is Ryan, has a 98 XJ w/ 3" and 31's for sale - $1800 obo decent woods buggy with what seem to me minor issues.

YOU!!! I park over by HAS, next to all the buses and stunt cars. I see your jeep every day, it's nice, I like them lights. I already looked under your jeep and saw that rear lift shackle, same one I have ;^) I'll be in my Jeep eatin my lunch MW 10:30-12, TR 11:30-1, stop by some time. If you wanna go wheelin some time just let me know, I have spots you can take a stocker.
