Default Trail Ride Chattanooga Area Sat. the 27th

Trail ride this coming Saturday the 27th, meet at Walmart parking lot (near the Murphy gas pumps) on hwy 153 at 8:00 AM. We will then drive over to Gruetli Laager together. If you choose to meet at the BP on hwy 108 in Gruetli Laager feel free to do so. Trails are easy to moderate so a stock jeep should make it. (from what I'm told) Plan on bringing drinks and food for yourself.

Directions from Chattanooga: HWY 111 towards Dunlap continue on 111 to HWY 399 make a left on 399. Stay on 399 till it ends and turn right on to HWY 108. BP station will be on your left.

Hope to see you there!!!

Yeah I knew that, posted for others who may be able to attend. I'm sure we'll work out an Aetna trip on a Sunday with the local jeep club. I'll keep you informed when that happens. I plan on taking photos to post here.

Tow rig is down right now and Jeep just don't like staying between the lines. Should be up for something in a few weeks.

xjmarc I do understand about keeping it between the lines, at least till you get it to the trail. Hope to ride with you soon. Tennxj keep bending, lets get this ride going. I talked with my neighbor yesterday he has a place near there says trails are very good. They ride there alot. From what I see on Google earth seems like powerline trails. Lots of them. Should be a good wheelin trip. I am installing my rock rails this week. Got one on yesterday will mount the other tuesday.

Looks like I'll be ready for an Aetna or Big Fork trip in a week or two at least just no long trips for a bit. Currently got the front axle out of the heep fixing a few issues.

Hope you guys have a blast and dress warm. I drove thru that area today and they still got a good bit of ice on the side of the mountain on 111 and it was snowing.

Thanks xjmarc I too hope times are fun!!! For those who may have been considering going I will be leaving the Hixson Walmart NO Later than 8:10 AM as I'm not sure how much time it will take to drive over to Greutli Laager. For those who are missing because of Jeep builds I am looking forward to seeing you get your stuff going and riding one day.

Will post pics for all.

Sorry to make you wait, lol been a busy day. Here is a link to a youtube slideshow. I am going to make a full length video once I get some more footage and pics from another lady who was there. I at least want some action of me in the video, it is too hard to drive and stand along side the trail and take videos at the same time.
