So the issue i was having with my jeep ended up being a bad thermostat sensor I replaced. I Ohmed it out I should of been around 450 Ohms at 150 degrees and I was reading 1100 Ohms at 150 degrees. I replaced the switch and the jeep runs like a champ again. I replaced the MAP, O2, TPS, Radiator (because the new one i put in recently was cracked) pig tail on the thermostat sensor, thermostat, and thermostat housing, vacuum hose to the MAP sensor Distributor Stater, Cap and rotor all to find out the first plug I bought was bad. Oh we'll it was a learning experience.

At the very minimum I would go to the passenger see cowl where the vent is fake. And the filter is in the 4" to 3" adapter in that writeup.

This^^ but at the same point, I might drill a small pin hole water to come out of. Remember, guys have been sealing their air box and running into he driver side with 0 water coming in too.
