It's not a difficult concept. The axle pivots on an arc. An arc that originates at the front spring hanger. The higher you go the farther forward it's going to go. You see it a lot in Florida because height is king.

Rear shackle hangers aren't going to change the location of the axle...

You'd need totally different springs or less lift to fix that issue.
