also my jeep ran for about 2 hours yesterday and i didn't have any issues with over heating.

so the deal i made with my wife in order to get the xj was that i wont do anything to it for 3 months unless i have to to keep it running. so the way i see it, that gives me 3 months to research and compile a list of what i want to do to it. I'm so happy to have another jeep right now. i had a 96 grand cherokee a few years back, but i had to leave it in NC with my parents and they ended up getting rid of it. I cant blame them though, it wouldn't have made the drive down here in the condition it was in and i had no way to tow it back.

also in other good news, i'm pretty sure my VW is going to sell tomorrow. the guy really wants it, but he wants to put it up in the air and look at it first. if it does sell though, that means no more car payment and more money for the jeep fund.
