im asking because i have a 3" sitting in my room waiting to get installed but i dont want to with out tires

im not sure if i should convert to 4x4 first or lift it first

Oh yeah. It drive a lot stiffer in the rear now, I like it though.

Just put the lift on and add the axle later. Besides its easier to swap in an axle after its lifted.
