Why the eff is it whenever I get the cash to fix my XJ, some stupid bill or expense pops up.

tell me about it had 350savedfor bumper then no work for a week guess what no more bumper fund then sold factory set of hook to scuba they dont fit 97 and up so gonna give him money back i just cant catch a freaking break lately...
