Yeah man, I am gonna look it over good...the guy said it's been rebuilt about 2000 miles ago and he has the paper work of what he put into it on the rebuild, also stated that it was rebuilt to pull a trailer constantly so they "beefed" it up for that(Thinking lower gears, plus its a 2wd tranny and we're gonna put a 4wd output on the back at my buddies shop). Guy said he pulled a horse trailer around all the time and the motor blew up and he just got a new truck.

Quote: evening. Watch out with the tone generator Delta. Don't start playin stupid sine waves at high intensity. I tested them already and they work. If you blow-em, not my problem. I suggest you test them with an amp if you simply want to see how hard they pound.
I'm not doing it I'm taking them to my friends shop and he's going to test them/ look in the storage room to see if we can find something that will meet its size requirements

You can't really lower the gearset in an auto. You can upgrade the clutch packs and shift plungers/springs/solenoids. If he says it was constantly used to pull a trailer then check whatever fluid is in it for particles indicating worn out/abused clutch packs. Good luck and any problems or questions you can shoot a PM.
