What's up fellas I'm not happy at Morris, I bought the rc bumper with missing brackets and winch plate and the guy at the counter told me that I could at most warranty the winch plate. I called rc today and they told me no. And that I should call Morris to warranty the winch plate or return the bumper...
I just want the winch plate and I don't mind paying for the bumper brackets...
I drove from miami to pompano to pick up the bumper. I'll call Morris when I get a bit of free time I just hope I get the help I need to get The winch plate...

If not, the offer stands to help with a JCR DIY bumper. JCR called me Tuesday this week out of the clear blue to ask about the ZJ DIY bumper I ordered on Veterans Day, and how welding/install went. Very impressive customer service, way to go JCR 👍🏽

"Scratch n dent" items are just like yard sale or junk yard items. As is, not new. Only reason you got hardware with yours is they knew you were one of my guys from here and they treat me good there. Hardware is one thing but I don't know about a winch plate.

Scratch n dent is missing, damaged, or cosmetic components in the auto industry. Off-road/Non-OE bumpers are not related to safety as they have not passed any NHTSA testing. As for brackets and plate, not much I can do except call and inquire.
