Hey all, I haven't been on here in a couple of years since I sold my xj. Not sure how many of the same crew are around. I'm in Lee county. Last week I picked up a rust free 88 Comanche, long bed, 2wd, 4.0, 5spd. I will be converting to 4wd and building it. Started a build thread over on Comanche Club. I may do one here, not sure yet. Couple pics of my old xj and the Comanche the night I got it.

88 and myself are on CC as well. I was forced to get rid of my 85Xj myself. What's the title of your build? Also we now have a Comanche section here on CF.

 

Didn't know there was a section on cf. My user name is the same over there. I think the build is "Harleys 88 Manche Build"

 

Yeah, we added it about a year ago. If you need anything, just ask. I have spare parts. Lol

West Palm Beach got a lot of friends that way from CJK.

 

You know, people wonder why I wheel alone but a few from the local club confirmed it. One of the older retired members suggested that he will be an S&R/ERT vehicle for if someone needs help down here. A few of the younger members blasted him big time for as they called it, a "stupid" idea. Real nice, someone offers to help the members in need for free in an emergency yet there's ALWAYS that one group of douche nozzles that runs off great members who actually contribute.

 

Somebody always has to ruin the fun for everybody.

 

This group is dead compared to a few years ago.

 

We come in shifts .....Finally got a chance to work on XJ today. After 2 days of rain.

 

Its the holiday season. Most are on vacation or spending time with family.
