haha yea he was knocked out and youd be surprised how fast 10lbs of limp dead weight starts to weigh hahaha yea ive known chop since high school, he actually passed by my house yesterday on his way home, he lives like 4-5 blocks west of me.
i wanted to ask see if you guys can give me solid imput because i havnt been able to find exactly the answer to my questions, mostly because my jeep is rhd and im wondering if things are different besides the obvious, i want to go 3"s because i think that at that height i dont have to mess with the track bar and other steering components, aftermarket ones are more expensive for rhd and only a few vendors have such things, so my question would be how high can i go without messing with major components such as steering, replacing brake lines, keeping stock control arms for aftermarket short arms non adjustable, ect, looking for a basic lift for now until i stop dd the jeep, would like to be some what ready for just about anything
another question, im about to pull the trigger on a xrc front bumper and a xrc 10k comp winch, my question is can i just install bumper as normal and winch away anything short of 10k lbs or would i have to beef up the mounting of the bumper to the chassis?
also any old parts you guys may wanna sell lmk looking for the following
control arms
complete snorkel
light bar
roof rack thats mounts to the gutters
maybe some performance mods
maybe anything else thats cool and or useful

very true, i mean i was an idiot when i was younger cant lie, so i cant hate them, but as the years progress ive learned to respect what the older dudes use to talk about.. my buddy and his dad have a pretty nice buggy as well, they go out to corbett to mud it every so often, and to all the other events, mudfest, red neck yatch club ect

mostly after market parts besides the front springs, i just bought 3" blocks from auto parts today so just waiting on funds for shocks, ill also be heading to the jy tomorrow in the am see if i can get lucky with some parts my rig needs, rear plastic for the tag light, headliner, a muffler, and if god is kind a gas tank skid plate, mine tank is plastic and im worried that something is going to stab a hole in it one day haha..
question!!! the shocks on my rig are yellow? i wonder if their oem? their blown to **** anyways so they have to go..
my real question is, do you guys think i can do the 3" lift with the current stock height shocks until i pull the trigger on some new shocks?
and my question from before im still interested in what you guys think, about the winch/bumper setup im doing! do i have to add custom support or will i work just find with it being how it comes and mounted how its suppose to? (front bumper, going for the smittybilt xrc front bumper with winch plate and bull bar, and a smittybilt xrc 10k comp winch)

How is upull? I went there one time last year on a vacation day and it was pretty much a wasted trip....it was a lot of cars and only about a few rows of actual trucks and suvs

Lately theres been slim pickins...did find a 90 2wd 4cyl 5 speed comanchee being used as a yard car...

You should ask them if they would be willing to part with the truck....
You should check out comancheclub.com this forum is full of guys who also are jeepers but love the Comanches as well...you never know you might be interested in buying one off the guys on the forum

Yeah I get you. I got the cherokee sitting in the yard wanting to get played with but money is tight and since it's the end of the year..gifts and trips to visit family is also the money eliminator
