Default Georgia, 1994 jeep Cherokee 2.5 (Read Thread)

So, for the past 5 weeks me and my brother have been working on his

1994 Jeep Cherokee 2.5 [4 CYL] (Custom 4X4 & Lifted).

But, we ran into about 10 different problems, first one, Water Pump needed to be changed, so we went out and bought a new one. Then the Radiator busted, so we bought a new one + brand new hoses.

Okay, we took a 24 hour break, to tend to wounds, cuts, and family needs.

When we went back, we put the serpentine belt back on, and, some how, the crankshaft (pulley) broke off... The ring piece that hugs the serpentine belt just pops off, I never knew it could. Anyways, we had to drive all around town (Augusta area), to find a new pulley, well, we had to spend an extra 100$ on this thing, and our pockets were running on low...

With a new radiator, water pump, tires, shocks, and what not, we thought nothing else bad could happen.

Well, we didn't realize the Pulley had been pressed in, and we broke it even more, using a timing pulley (YEAH! Bad idea)...

After we decided to f**k ourselves over, this 1 week "Vacation" we took, is now turning into a months work, just to get the pulley off and swap it with a new one.

Okay, get this, we broke the aluminum cover... So, we will get to that later, we have used : air chisels, air cutters, breaker pulleys (I dunno' what they are really called, but they have 3 claw like attachments...).

I need to know, how do we get this thing off!

I will edit this thread with pictures, and what not when it's not raining.

Future thanks, if anyone can help us out!

By the way, we realize, that buying a new(er) engine, or a crankshaft replacement, but, we are thick headed, if it comes to it, we will, but, we will complain putting that son of a b**ch in..
