It happens lol. Ive learned when enough is enough. Tow straps are my best friend!

 

Mine HATES the mud with a passion. Had to go yank out a friend in his wrangler a few weeks ago. We were out shopping and had her XJ. Didn't feel like putting gas in mine, So just grabbed my shackle and tow straps out of it. Needless to say I ended up having to wash hers when we got home since it was covered in mud. She rather go trail riding then mudding and that is fine with me.

 

A few of us are going to H-Pit tomorrow morning around 10am.

Well i have been looking for some 16" wheels for a friend of mines Toyota for a while. Well i found some and the deal was i find them for him and he will sell me his 33/12.5r15 bfg mts for a $100 They have lots of tread left also. Now its time to cut the fenders.

 

Good Chit! Just remember, its just as much about trimming as it is bumpstopping. Heres how much i trimmed mine with 33's. Also used daystar bumpstops up front. Trimming anymore wouldent help anything because the tire will hit the inner fender befire it hits the fender.

 

I got stood up on the rims so no tires for me. I hate people who make plans to sell you something and don't call or show up.

 

Thats a bummer.

 

Looks like a group of us is doing a Citrus ride on October 6th. Should be a good time. Now I just need to get up and fix the XJ before then

 

I wish i dodent work on the weekends....

 

I out for citrus as well. Im heades to Ocala same weekend .. Any trail recomendations ? Taking my dad out in his stock wrangler.
