I'm about to rip mine out... I would think you could look em up online or in the phone book.

I found complete do it yourself kits on ebay for 41 bucks so I will probably go that route. Gonna have to replace passenger side window motor first though it craped out today. May also take the factory fender flares off so I can start prepping for bigger tires. I think even with the 3 inch lift I should be able to go bigger than 31s.

Its not mine It's Cody97xj's most recent xj .... Most people trim at the body lines... You can find how to's on here or google it that will help you know how to do it and make it look clean.... As far as bump stopping you can buy extended bump stops and then throw hockey pucks in your springs and add as many as you need until just enough where your tire won't touch your fender when you flex... I glued mine I would consider bolting them down... You can also google that or find a how to on here as well

May be picking up an aw4 transmission tomorrow night. Still not exactly sure what I'm getting myself into but I couldn't pass up the deal. Is there anybody around here who experienced with swapping an ax-15 with an aw4?

I just did mine. But I haven't hooked up the TCM yet. I ordered a rail shifter from RADesigns and shift it manually. Also something to think about. Most ax15 equipped Cherokees had 3.07 gears which are higher the the autos @ 3.55. I'm having to regear mine. Luckily I had some axles with 3.55s. Also a problem I had is that the Tcase linkage didnt line up right. You will also need the drive shafts from an auto jeep. They are different. You may also need to change radiators. I don't remember if the straight shift had a different radiator. But you will need one with the trans cooler in it. I didn't use the trans cooler in the radiator. I just have a big aftermarket cooler.
Just some of the issues I had. But it was well worth it.

Any of you guys drive a red XJ that was around Foothills Mall the other day?

Looking for some Cherokee guys to head out to Windrock with. Just bed lined my XJ and am extending my brakes soon, and once that's good to go I'll be heading out quite often.

That would be the one! I also saw a 2dr doorless XJ at Taco Bell while I was at work. There's a blue XJ at the Sprint store too.. I wish I wasn't always either working or on my way to work when I see fellow XJs.

Here's me, if you see me.

Word up.. Yeah I usually only see other jeeps out when I'm in my truck or car.. I'm like dang it lol... I try to go to windrock when I can.... Trying to take it easier at the moment since I sold my trailer... And my winch... If I can keep it together until I can swap my axles and get another trailer I'll be good... Got 44 and a 9" sitting in the garage with 5.13 gears .....

If your not already get on knoxoffroad forum... A lot of people always going wheeling on there from easy to extreme... ET4wd too

You should meet up with xj88 and a few other members while you're up that way.
