How did you find it was cracked? Es no bueno! Yours isn't even the 2000+ models that are suppose to crack.
On another note, my jeep is officially for sale. Asking $4000 ($4500 if I have to clean it first ) for forum people going to list it for $5000 otherwise. I need a truck and honestly haven't been wheeling enough lately to warrant keeping it.
1998 Cherokee Sport I-6 auto, 223K. 6.5" LA with Cryco 8.25 / hp d30 4.56 gears and a detroit locker in the back. NP231 w/ Crown SYE. Rear disc conversion with new pads and rotors installed w/ working parking brake (could use adjusting). I have the bias spring but it's not installed. Sway bar disconnects in the front no sway bar in the rear. Trailer brake controller and harness. Custom bumpers, sliders, roof rack. Custom rear springs. Differential bash guards. Air raid throttle body spacer with neon 703 injectors and a k&n filter with performance chip. Cold AC (just rebuilt not long ago with all new parts), after market CD player and speakers. BFG KM2 33x10.50x15's with 30-40% tread. I also have a cb that if someone absolutely wants I'll let go otherwise I prefer to keep it. The lights on the rack will most likely not come with the jeep..I need them for another project but again, we can work something out.
I have owned it for the past 6-7yrs, 100k + miles and I have all the maintenance records and receipts. Runs great and has never left me stranded. Let me know if your interested.
I should also add it does have some hail damage...mostly on the hood but other than that she is solid with no rust or major body damage.

I assume its cracked because after James and I put it back together it still leaked in the same place.I didn't get it tanked to check but visually it looked good. But still doesn't overheat it just leaks gonna pull it back off a tank and deck it.wtfe......4500 for mine too tired of wrenching!!!!!lol
Hitch repair did the vw head for me and it was only $58 bucks to have it tanked, pressure checked, and decked .020".
5 cars is tooooo many for me, I am constantly doing something to one of them. I need to consolidate! I'll keep the bimmer until I get the truck and then it will probably go too. That will leave me with the vette (weekend toy), wife's car, DD, and the racecar. Much beter
