I live in Hazel Green. Just north of Huntsville.

 

I took it to a shop. Christian brothers. $120 out the door as i had the part. Worth paying as i didnt have the right tools for the job. But i do got another. My cruise control/wiper/turn signal lever is broken and i need to swap it out and have never done this type of thing. I have one on order which should be here next week. Anyone willing to help me pull the steering wheel off and swap this sucker out? Be willing to pay you for your time if need be or can buy lunch/beers. I would drive to you. Out here from Cali so no shop to do the work in other than the hotel parking lot. Located in Birmingham, willing to drive an hour or so to you if need be.

 

If you want, you can come up here to Huntsville. I know that I could help and I have about 3 others XJ/ZJ owners that would be willing to sit and watch ;-)

 

Haha sounds good. Have you swapped one of these out before by chance? Or this going to be a first time for the both of us?
