im confused... thats not the shape of the 96- over head units? and the 97+ unit at my junkyard is build into the foam of the headliner? but this one has the angle of the speakers as the 97+? enlighten me please? is it even from a cherokee? lol

 

well bent, twisted and cracked my upper control arms this weekend and was woundering what i should do. step up and buy aftermarket ones (fixed or adj. not sure yet) or should i just buy factory? im currently on 3.5in of lift but am moving up 2 more inches. All suggestions would be great.

 

go aftermarket and get adjustable... go with 4.5in and your be fine at your current hight and then can adjust later for your 5.5in...

 

Came outta a 99 I believe and the head liner was shaped to go over it.. Idk but its freakin sweet... Lol

 

thats weird... maybe someone took the overhead out of the 99 i got in the JY and i was thinking it held up the speakers or something since ive never seen another... have to look again...

 

I gotta go back and get that head liner pad.. I shoulda grabbed it while I was there looking back now..

lol... everybody talks about a get together... nobody steps up and actually does it... lol... cracks me up... when mines done ill actually put something together just wouldnt make sense yet without a running jeep... lol

 

X3 btw im working on one right now hunt just need to get more interest between here and NGJ, I think I got 8 on NGJ that said theyd be down.. I was looking at getting atleast 15-20 folks together to make it a jeep only event, if I cant get that I will extend an invitation to my tuner and truck buddies. Lol id like to keep it jeep so lets see. If I get the interest/response I want I will pitch it to my bars owner.. And iron out details...

 

well if you all want to we can do a meetup and just talk chat show rigs and share good ides between us plus everyone loves to stop by whn there is alot of jeeps lol

But the only thing is finding a place to meet up bc we are scattered and wat not but i think maybe one of the malls would be good like the mall of georgia or the discover mills or the lawrenceville mall but idk but i would really like to see some of the rigs here and get a big xj possy going on lol
