Now i know at my work we have given some donations, but usually we require some sort of paperwork from the organization, I will ask tomorrow what they need, and may be able to get a smaller tool set or similar?

I think we are at about 90 friends. I also sent an email to the Director of Operations at Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cleveland.

Also I forgot to tell you a while ago, the house we had an offer on didn't work out even after acceptance.. We waited over a month until they told us the house would need to be cash only?...
So we found another house on Larchwood in westpark again, and put an offer on it yesterday!

Well it was again the listing agent of the house that was horrible...
So we will not be looking at any houses listed by them.
The other one we looked at our agent talked to them today already and its on its way
And the savings sound good to me!!

Well I am not sure yet..
My dad asked to get some quote to just get it transported and we could split it.. Well $450 was the lowest quote and seemed a little shady, so we passed on that plan.. I am still ready to meet halfway Jan. 2 but to be honest, hes hard to get to go through with something like this..
Everytime I bring it up, he always tells me to worry about finding a place to live, then worry about a secondary car..
