I don't know exactly never lifted a grand before but i would say no they kinda help keep your axle squared under the jeep I would say you just grind like hell and beat that thing out

Its in the pumkin.... so only thing I could grind is the head. Gonna go buy another wrench and try some heat in a little bit here

lol a sick jeep is not a happy jeep! FIX IT!
Anyways, ended up dropping the whole axle, drilling it out and tapping it.... another $60 in tools but its all done and even got her clean today!
Might try and come out sat but.... who am I looking for.... don't really want to refer to you as your forum name lol. Give me your name and/or a fb too if ya have one! Was thinking about going up to manistee and hitting a few of the orv trails there.... been wanting to do some fishing anyways..... but I think they have alot of snow still so a solo run might not work...
we shall see!
