Speaking of seeing things, anybody see this running around? About a year ago I sold it to a guy who said he would be making it a crawler, he was planning 6inchs and 37s! Just wondering if that ever happened the jeep gods know it deserved it.

Went and did some back roading tonight. Needed to get some mud on the xj. Only crappy part was the dog threw up in the back

Dropped the old jeep off at the mechanic to see if they can figure out why I'm getting large amounts of gas in the oil.
It's got me stumped.

Rings collapsed would be my guess. Or you have a hole in a piston possibly.

Then wouldn't it be burning oil? There is no smell or smoke to speak of.

So after some deliberation I might be selling my Dana 44 and going to an 8.8 or 9". I got a line on either of them and both have disc brakes soooo it might be available soon.
