Probably 50$ a piece . top of the line solenoids.

All these auto parts places rape you on tranny parts. That's why I don't use them.

Call Capitol core transmission. On 5th ave by the Columbus Airport.

This is where all the transmission shops go to get parts.

I am 100% missing 2nd gear. Now this is all at op. Temp. It will sometimes from a red light hit all gears flawlessly. Like I don't have any problem. Next light it will go from 1st to 3rd completely missing 2nd. Its most likely my solenoid. Sometimes it will jus high rev in 1st and not shift until I high rev and let off the gas a couple times then going to 3rd.

All in favor of solenoid #2???
What about still full blown trans problems??

Tom, you do trannys rite? Would you be opposed to taking a small ride with me and give me your opinion?

Take in mind I've continued to add my jeep still while having probs.

Every thing I've ever read about the AW4 is that solenoid #1 controls 1st and 2nd gear and solenoid #2 controls 3rd and 4th..

That is great

Probably be at Bob evans in Zainsville right off 70 at 8:30am sharp. Do breakfast and head to Heiney. About 20minutes from zainsville. So I should be there around 9:30 at the latest. I may trailer? I will be doorless so I don't know if I want to take them off there or just trailer? The Diesel gets better gas mileage towing the jeep than the jeep does driving! LOL
