Not getting it at 8k, but look more like 15-16k. Still not bad, I should be going inside soon. I found out it has a small deck in back and the basement gets "damp" So Ill find out what that means. Im gonna take a bunch of pics too.

But still for 16k Im most likely taking it no matter what.

unless the foundation is completely crap or something.

Thanks, mine was good! I have another dinner for the other side of the family in about 30 mins, but we just got a call from our Realtor! The bank took the offer, but wants to close in under 30 days!!

Also just got an offer to trade my 06 liberty listed for $10k for a 98 civic.
