Basically you stand on the brake so hard the differential does not know which wheel is getting the traction.
Now you give short bursts of power that overrides the hard braking.
What this does as in the video I posted is it locks both axles in the open dana 30 enough to get over an object even if one wheel is off the ground or has little traction.
But just a few days of doing this and my spiders came apart. doesn't hurt the brakes but I would not suggest doing it.
I am running without center spiders untill I get a locker.
Before things get all explodey and junk.

Replaced one of my rear wheel bearings this morning. It was much easier than I expected! My diff fluid definitely needed replacing. A nice dark brown/black color...

could be worse lol i drained/scraped my front diff fluid once and it was more of a thick paste than a fluid lol. Took the front cover off an nothing spilled out.
Welp getting rid of this one too.. It's more of a trail jeep than I expected. Gentleman, you can collect your bets now..
Customizer, thought I spotted you heading through miamisburg today, but the damn thing had yellow rims. You didn't paint those things did you??
