How'd the alignment go? Did you just measure outside-outside, or did you draw a line?

Eyeball mostly for the steering then measured, with eyeball, for tie. Then I drove it around the block and redid. Drove it to ky tonight and was at 65 without even feeling it! It's close but I'm going to get it more better soon. I used a string line from rear to front to track the passenger alignment.

Oh, no kidding! That's why I went through what I have already. My brand new tires with less than 1000 miles on em look like 30,000. There's not much you can do to not get it right. Like I said, its way more better than it was. The POs must have tries and tweaked fir thousands of dollars worth of rubber. I change a $40 track bar mount and tweak on it with electrician tools and bingo....

There's no bump there's no noises over potholes and there's no shimmy at 60+ I'll fine tune it this weekend but when I left it I was within 1/8" on toe-in and the track is pretty flippin straight.

Figure I'd let everything settle in and see what needs to be tweaked, if anything.

What surface were you using to get your measurements for the toe?
