Finished for the day! I got all four ball joints replaced, both front shocks, and actually tightened the trackbar (Never going to that shop again...)
Figured out one rattle was the exhaust pipe sitting on the trans brace. The hanger by the transmission broke in half and I just had to weld it back together. Woohoo owning a MIG welder!
Now my sway bar and tres are on the list for the front end, but not for a few months, and the bastard pack for the back hopefully later this week, along with an alignment.

Glad to hear the ball joints are back in. Both my jeeps have the failed trans hanger "thunk". I'd love to borrow your MIG for one minute on my cracked rear leaf mount...remember PB, pipe wrench and a measuring tape is all that's needed for an alignment. (I like pissing off the guys from tire shops that like to sell a 4 wheel alignment!)

Hey anyone familiar with ohios laws about needing fender flares and how far out the tires can stick out? I'm in a part where if they think they can nail you on something they will so I just wanted to know before I went flareless
