I have a rear hitch and front tow hooks, but getting essentially pulled through an entire trip doesn't sound like fun. I guess I just need to track down some not so extreme, extreme places for a newb to start on

Lol no don't take it that way, just some crossings and such are deep or have taller ledges than an average jeep can attack.

We never got stuck, I overheated once, it depends on where you go, one crossing had the guy with the 3" sitting on both bumpers and tires dangling, but there are ways around most of the deep holes

My jeep has been running slightly warm lately, think its time for a new water pump and vents. I hate that the jeeps run at 210
