i hit 95 once but that was a close to death ordeal lol. it was when i was like 19 and a rear passenger shot a roman candle out the window as a state trooper went the opposite way lol. we hit the next exit with a quickness! But yea i have noticed that with 33's if you keep it in overdrive you lose speed but i never did do anything to change the gearing. it was with 3.55's. Come on that seems like a lame excuse to not go to far away locations to hit the trails. fill the tank up and go!

Mine runs good with 31s, I just put some 703s in its more responsive better pick up, I just ordered new speedo gear. Doesn't run like it used to with the stock tires though, not sure my roof rack helps with full size spare either.

Ha, yeah i wasnt expecting a power improvement lol. i was speaking in terms of the computer, whether or not that could be affecting the overdrive. I may pull off my rack and see how that affects it as well. Yes i am lame, I have no issue taking my 68 chevy out on trips to indy but my 700r4 trans has a great over drive and i dont have to worry about my fuel gauge dropping like a ****...
Im heading to pittsburg this weekend, im going to pull the rack and see if that helps at all. i doubt it but who knows.
