Hey guys, I believe my flexplate is either loose or on its way out. I don't have the time or space to try and take a look at it myself. Does anyone know of a small shop that does good work and might be able to check it out and possibly get it done over the weekend? I can't really afford to have the jeep down during the week due to work. I'm located in Canton as well so anywhere somewhat close is best.

There's a small shop in old town Plymouth that works on Jeeps but I can't remember the name of it. Call Jay and ask him about it.

There's a shop in Wayne, K&S, that is approved by Jasper engines for Jeep engine changes. You may want to call them.

I haven't used any of these shops but give them a try.

Just read this whole thread. I just currently started beafing up my 98 limited. Started last week with a new set of 31" duratracs stock lift with 35mm spacers. I'm in Lincoln park. Any xjers nearby? I drive to Detroit via 75 everyday.

Hey guys, Im up in the Port Huron/Kimball area. Anyone else up here? Detroits not too far away. Recently picked up a 94' 4 door sport. Looking for some people to wheel with or just get togethor and work on the rigs.
Hey guys - how's the D club? Did you decide on the final Murder Mittens name, or a web-site? Another sorta new XJ guy here, and a group/club to wheel with would be awesome. I am in Redford and work in Dearborn. Will keep watching the thread - thanks.
