well I have a problem maybe you guys can give input on.

98 xj 4.0 auto.
trans will not shift properly. works fine with TCM unplugged.
in drive i have to accelerate quickly and let off to get it to go to 2nd gear and after that it goes through the rest quickly but if i start giving it more throttle it feels doggy.

tried replacing: TPS, TCM, changed fluid/replaced filter(old fluid was like new), replaced solenoid for 1-2gear, adjusted kickdown? cable may be forgetting soemthing.
