I guess it'll be better in the long run than Craigslist. It took me a year to part out a '91 YJ using craigs.

long time no posts. It has come time to part with my XJ. 97 "Country" all stock, but maintained. 150K miles. near Kankakee. Listed on Chicago CL.
I hate to do so but with almost 10 years between 2 XJ's my wife decided she wanted something different. this was her daily driver which I'd drive when we all went somewhere. Loaded, has overhead console, cloth interior, never been lifted.
Oh and the AC will freeze you out.
New in the last 4-1/2 years/50K; Not in any particular order other than how I "think about it"
radiator (copper/brass "heatbuster" by Modine) water pump
water pump and hoses (a couple times over the years)
front hub bearings, front axle U joints, front diff rebuilt (all new bearings and seals, still original ring n pinion)
urethane lower control arm bushings
fuel pump
Alternator and 4 Gabriel "ULTRA" shocks are among the most recent things; these were done this past Spring
Brakes 1/2 or better,as of a couple months ago; have been done a couple times while I owned.
and a whole bunch more that I cant remember....
OE Jeep wheels from earlier '90s, has Michelin 235/75R15s with 1/2 or better tread;
look up Chicago CL under "cars and trucks by owner" and put in Cherokee kankakee for search.

Hmmm.
So is it OK to post a selling notice here in the local forums even if I haven't reached the 25 post requirement for the For Sale section?
I'm trying to move my '99 XJ before winter and it needs to sell locally because it has no front axle.
I'll probably end up parting it out.

Might be easier to just put the link for Craigslist up.
Also post in the for sale section under vehicles. This is a tech thread. Not a for sale thread.

Yes but in your for sale add. You can still post a link for Craigslist but pictures on the thread is better.
