I have had it for 7 years. This is my 4th Jeep...2nd xj. I'm holding on to it since I only have 155,000 miles. New radiator, fuel pump, belt, stock suspension, plugs, wires, oil pan, transmission cooling lines, all kinds of maintenance stuff. I love it.

Matt (Moparboy01) & I installed the HD front recovery D-Ring mounts this afternoon on my rig. You can find them in this thread. https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f73/hd...-xj-mj-161912/
Of course there were problems. One of the three bolts snapped in the steering box. And the left bracket bolt hoes don't seem to line up. I'll take a closer look at that when I put grade 8 bolts in the mounting holes this week.
Pictures will follow when the weather clears.
A big thanks to Matt for working with me on this.

just south of the IL mid-line but about as far west as you can go. Pike County for any of you deer hunters. Twin Rivers Jeep Club is our local club but I know its popular throughout the state.
edit:to you Chicago guys, yes, we're way down south, haha
