Just had the following work done -
Power steering pump
PSP pulley
EGR valve (and gasket)
Throttle body cleaned
oil change
total cost - just under $800
sucked all my fun money for Christmas away, but it now runs like a Jeep with a 5.7 Hemi as it should!!! Albeit with 97,000 miles....

And with only 97k, you've still got pleny of life in that 5.7
