i have a 94 xj with an i6 that I'm trying to figure out an exhaust on right now. i have the cat with a cherry bomb can i take the cat off with out hurting anything? right now it goes almost to the rear axle which is to far to put a side exhaust which is what i wanted to do as of right now no turn down straight back towards tank is that to much heat? can i put just the cherry bomb with no cat or is that not enough back pressure and would that hurt my gas mileage?
