As far as i know it's legal i just made my doors removable up front and drive by cops all day long no problem. Just make sure you have mirrors to replace the ones on the doors

Excellent! I would love to join you guys this sat. however i'll be going up north to visit with fam and friends. oh and of course OPENING DAY AT SILVER LAKE SAND DUNES! :-).. if you guys haven't heard of silver lake you should check it out its pretty nice up there. I was fortunate enough to grow up only 15 mins away from the dunes. Which we basically considered our playground

look up Mears michigan or silver lake sand dunes in michigan its along the lake shore in west michigan. im from a little town called hart which is basically 5 miles or so east of mears MI. its about a 5 hr drive from indy to sliver lake. it's beautiful. i was planing on going up this weekend but my harmonic balancer decided it wants to start parting ways so i was able to get it off today but i cant get the new part on any suggestions? The old one sits on the shaft with the key still on the shaft about a good 1/4 inch or so but the new one wont even sit on the shaft..i have pics on my profile as well. thanks

 

sounds like defect in the part,make sure you have the crankshaft clean of any debris..

 

hey bud, Im no mechanic, but it really seems like you got the wrong part. This happens A LOT with jeeps (just try to replace a damn distributor... theres so many choices!). Best thing to do, take the part with you to the store.
