ok guys/ gals Im located in NE illinois and was wondering if anyone knew of a good reliable place to get my axles re-geared for bigger tires. Im located 45 min south of Chicago and was hoping to get this done before winter. anyone reliable around here?

i haven't seen him posting in a while i wonder what he's been up to....
one of the tec's at my work (he does all the axle work) runs a side business out his garage i can ask him what he would charge but that's kinda far from you also, crown point IN

Crown point is ALOT closer than Antioch to Minooka.... Dave has been posting on ComancheClub.... but he has been really overwhelmingly busy.

ok thanks guys. just curious but what would a normal shop charge for gear swap? 350 an axle sounds like a hell of a deal but still a little curious. and maybe some of you can lead me in the right direction but what exactly do I need to purchase to have someone do the swap? and any impreticular brand I should go with?
