Yea I got a lot of body roll when I had it off. I feel a lot more comfterble with it being connected. I have some dukie disconnects made by dukie 565 here on the forum and they work great

Honestly I can't tell the difference unless you're making a turn at about 20. All sway bars are made for is to stiffen up the suspension so the weight doesn't shift as much when you're making a turn.

(Face Palm) That's why you don't hit the holes in the road.. When its windy, any jeep is hard to control. They're giant boxes on wheels lol

Three pole toggle switch?

Does it look like this? If so you can hook up two different things to it. The center pole is for your hot and the two outers are for what you're running wire to.

Well I'm not gonna swerve a giant box on wheels doing 40 or more! But I do avoid whatever holes I can considering it rides like the suspension is made out of cinderblocks
