Im on call on both days but would be able to meet up as long as I don't get called out. Weekends don't normally do much for us but we are gaining momentum every day. Also as long as I can make it to my shop within an hour I am good to go. Now...back to trying to figure this damn thing out.

 

Heck ya i am in a hotel behind papadeaux's. My coworker got the rental car this time so i need a ride if you wanna meet up anywhere far.

I am free every night but tues. my father in law from sonora is coming to take me out to dinner that night.

Just let me know i will need a ride though. Applebees is just down the street for some cheaper food and what not.

Rosenhan everything here is within a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic) I think were gonna go to thesame place unless anyone wants to try something else. I'm gonna check if we have anything going om at work those weekends and post it.

It overheated. I blew a head gasket. That has all been replaced but I still have a noise in the top end so I am getting ready to order a new head to put on. I put new lifters in when I did the head gasket. I plan on replacing the push rods on this teardown. It starts right up and I was able to drive it on and off the trailer with no issues. Just lots of head noise.

 

Damn that sucks Rosen

 

No worries. A new cylinder head and some sweat from me and all should be good.
