i did the same thing once i installed my lift, just put it in 4x4 part time with only the front drive shaft. so potentially i may have the same problem?

are you stilling doing it.If you are i have spare rear driveshaft that might fit yours. If it does and you need it you can have it.

thanks Off Road Wag , but already did my hack n tap. the prob. was that with my lift, i couldn't go over 15mph without vibes. got the nifty idead to just pop it into 4x4 partime without the rear shaft (which sounds like the same way you were drivin). was just wondering if that would have potentially caused some damage. you goin to that meet n greet on Sat?

Hey everybody. enjoyed the meet. Nice meeting everyone. We defiantly need to do it again soon but out on some trails. Since i hopefully will have my jeep done this week ill actually be able to bring my jeep Hey XJ415 i forgot to ask the one guy with the transfer case his info. I wanted to see if i could swing by and get the back half of the case like we talked bout. You remember who it was? It seemed like you knew him.

I plan on being there, but the Jeep is offroad only. So don't know if I will bring it along, especially since you are meeting almost 80 miles away from me!

Im in Tomball also. Spring Cypress and 249. I know of a little spot off Boudreaux, its nothing worth bragging about. But its the only spot I know of. If you live more then 15min away I dont think its worth the drive.
