I do wakeboard haha. Yeah I need a boat or a friend with a boat that I can just chip in on gas with.

Converse here, NE side of San Antonio. Soon as I get some vacation hours I'd love to hit up Hidden Falls. Hopefully I'll have my 4.5" lift by then...

Nice! Pics?

I just took the fenders off mine, and I'm getting ready to go-to-town with the black spray on bed liner. Would love to do a 4" lift, but don't have the tools or space to preform the surgery. Not sure I'd wanna fork over the bucks to have a shop do it. Then wheels and tires, of course the size of wheels and tires would depend on the lift, or the lack there of. Probably just stick with the 15" and a somewhat stock tire for now, since my youngest will be using it to carry himself back and forth from school for the next 2 years..

Congrats on the new aquisition..

I have still yet to go wheeling since I moved to Texas. We should go sometime! I have a 99 sport with pretty much stock tire size for now. In the next month or 2 it will be getting lifted though. I can't decide on 4.5" or 6.5" and short or long arm. It probably won't see offroad alot (I know it's a sin), so I might go short arm, then upgrade to long arm down the road if I start going wheeling alot. Any input?

Long arms will be more comfortable even on the road, especially if you go with a 6 inch lift. If cost isn't an option i would go straight for long arms.

I went out to Hidden Falls a few weeks ago, place is pretty bad ***. Unfortunately i went alone and it was my first time so i didnt know the trails. It is easy to get lost and end up on a stage 4 looking at an obstacle you know you can't do. I want to go back with somebody that knows the place better as i know there was alot of trails i could do, that i just couldn't find.

I'd come up to Hidden Falls if I can get some advance on when, would need to schedule vacation time... getting my 4.5" lift at the end of this month. Unless we were there for one day, then I'd just need a week or two advance, see if I can get 3 days in a row off...

You doing the lift yourself? or a local shop doing it? I've heard there are some places out near Lago Vista to do some lite wheeling, but as of yet I have not been out there to check them out.. I'd be up for it..

Yeah I turn all my own wrenches. I have a shop that I can do the lift using a lift instead of jacks, alignment machine, tire machine, tire balancer, etc. Never been to Lago Vista. I mainly just chill around Round Rock, Hutto, G-Town, and Austin some.

Must be nice! LOL I'd do a lift, but no way I'm gonna do it with only a jack. If I had a lift I would consider it.

Been doing a bunch of little things right now to it.

I did my lift in the garage with just a floor jack, jack stands, and air tools. Wasn't too bad.

Yeah well I wasn't lucky. The shop ended up being full of other stuff so I ended up doing the lift portion in the driveway. The tires and alignment in the shop. So yeah this was the 3rd lift I put on in a driveway with nothing but jack, jackstands, and some air tools.

Yeah I would love to go, and test my new lift and tires! Let me see if I can get that day off. They do our schedule so far out, so I have to put in way in advance.

Also are there any local trails or anything to play around on or is Hidden Falls the closest place to go?
