Should do KR2 next. They offer a deal two nights camping and three days of wheeling for $50. Don't quote me on that price. I will check it when I get home.

Sorry didn't get to meet all of you this weekend. We ended up going on harder trails. Sounds like y'all had a good time.

Same here..had a blast..meant to go on the easier trails with y'all but LPD (Allen) suckered me in to the harder ones!.but came out good.Had a blast though. We will definitely have to do it again.

Also KR2 (Katemcy Rocks) is in Mason. I've never been to the the new one..I'm guessing it's close to the first Katemcy.

You could hit up Coopers going through Llano on the way. That's not a bad price for camping and wheeling for a couple of days..

Gotta get lifted, even a little, and find another set of wheels and tires before going again.

Which trials did you hit. I kinda separated off too with my buddies in the land cruiser and the wrangler and we got into some 4's and 5's. Stuff I thought for sure I would get stuck and the the old Cherokee would climb right up. I have to say the cherokee is much more stable than the wrangler. A few times I thought we would be rolling him back over. Lol.

Thanks man. Yea once I got the full name I was able to google it. That's a ways out. If I did that I would prob tow my jeep then. Think I might do a couple more trips to hidden falls, get a little more experience under my belt. We talked with tue guy at tye front desk on the way out and he seemed pretty cool. Never did ask for Jeff. Lol. I will be doing the Bedliner on the whole exterior. That looked awesome on my buddies wrangler.

Yea, that bedliner looked badass, If anyone's up for Cline Ranch some day that'd be awesome, took almost $100 in gas to and from Hidden Falls... then again we also checked out the Texas Military History Museum while we were near Austin so that took some extra gas with my tires aired down to 40psi (From 75psi)... they had a Hetzer I needed to see that. So yea, if there's anyone else around SA that wants to check out Cline Ranch, or even better has been to Cline Ranch, hit me up!

Although I'd still spend the gas money to go to HF again in a heartbeat... wouldn't be meeting you guys in Round Rock though, I'd just head straight there, maybe wait at a gas station.

^ $30 for a drive AND passenger, sounds pretty good to me compared to HF, where I paid $36 after a group discount.

Hey, I just blew my radiator on my way home from work. There is a big crack in the end tank. Anybody have access to a trailer and able to help me get it home? I have no Internet so if someone can help, call me 512-799-5713.

Damn JD, sorry to hear that. If I wasn't so jammed up at work I would be there bro. Looks like I might be here for awhile. Hope it works out.

Ps if you can't find a good deal on a radiator let me know. I have a dual core I was going to install but willing to work something out with u to get ya back on the road.

That sucks.. If I had a trailer I'd help you out man.. well, that said, the jeep was over heating on the way back from HF Sat. Had to stop twice to let it cool down. Not sure if I should be towing anything until I figure out WTH is going on with it.. Maybe someone will chime in with a helping hand..

Damn, I feel lucky, I got a 2-core CSF metal radiator and the LeBaron hood vents- kept under 225 even on the trails, most of the time it was just slightly over 210.

yeah once i get it home and back on the road, my next mod will be to get a real gauge for the coolant temp. although when it blew, nothing seemed out of the ordinary with the stock gauges.

By the way- Randy- I might have a couple coil spacers to give away if you want em- taking them out for the 4.5" lift, once I'm able to do it... unfortunately I gotta have a shop install my lift, I simply don't have the time. Don't know the brand, but I think they're about 1.5", PO installed em' before I bought Chery at the dealer.
