Yea. Seats are a must if you go no doors or half doors. What kinda of welder did you get. I was looking at harbor freight for something cheaper. Don't want to buy an awesome one and flat out suck at welding. Lol
im thinking of venting my hood.seen alot of people do that on here.these 103 days are a big part of the problem im sure.
down the line i want to update the radiator with something bigger.

I don't remember the brand off the top of my head. Its a pretty decent mig welder though. I've done exhaust with it, roof racks, etc. Yeah I was thinking of hood vents too.
if i buy a new welder i go with a lincoln again.great wleders for the money.ive had hobarts and a miller.and used alot of differnt friends and shops i worked at..but you can get a nice lincoln great bang for buck and migs are easy to use..just practice needed.i use my nieghboors harbor frienght in a pinch since i sold off my lincoln 220 last winter, but only on temp and lil tacking, just to sloopy..ive seen lincoln deals on ebay with free shipping cheaper than retail by far

Hood vents do help it cool pretty good- I've never had any overheating problems, even when my A/C fan was dead idling in 105 temp, it only went about one and a half notches past 210. I got mine from a LeBaron Turbo in a junk yard, they look good too, Randy you've seen em, I think. Alot of people think it's a factory part.

To be honest- at the time I got them I was too afraid to cut up the hood, a body shop (Abe's) did it for $50... but it's actually pretty simple, gimme a minute to get some pics...

Well I got some doors for half doors, and got in the shop today. If anyone needs parts for a 97+ cherokee I have the door glass, window motor/regulator, door handles, passenger mirror, and I also have stock brake lines front and rear. All pulled and ready to go.
