Default Where to wheel in stl?

Im trying to find some wheelin spots close by. When i left for the Army in 99 there was a ton of places to wheel. Now im home to stay and everywhere has been closed or it is now illegal to wheel. St. Joe is ok but we went a couple weeks ago and we were told at check-in that we werent allowed to go onto the trails that go into the woodline. Ive heard of a spot called washˇta but i dont wanna pay the $20 entrance fee for more non-wheeling. Has anyone wheeled there or anywhere else near STL?

It's a ton of land owned by some hoosier and its very unofficial. There's lakes, trail, mudd holes, creeks, and even dirtbike tracks. It's about an hour west of st charles. The place rules

I wheel with Midwest Jeepthing.

You can join the website for free and
most events don't require you to be a
paying member. However, being a paid
member will pay for itself in benefits
rather quickly, the O'Reily's discount alone
covers the $25 membership fee.
